Furthermore, I have provided advice to outline research and outreach plans, as well as managerial structures.

I have paid substantial attention to atypical or innovative truth commissions, including those established by civil society, in the absence of official action. In particular, I am interested in truth commissions focusing on indigenous peoples, racism and gender based violence.

I am deeply committed to education and capacity building, and I have taken responsibility to design and develop specialized courses for civil society activists, government officials and funders, as well as university courses on transitional justice.
